Acoustic Guitar Jargon
Should I buy a Luna Neo Bass?
I’ve been playing acoustic guitar for nearly a year. I like it but I wanna start learning bass. I would like a bass that good for beginners but reasonably priced because its my first. I’ve been looking at the Luna Neo Bass as I heard Luna make good guitars for girls. I also like it’s appearance. But I’m having trouble understanding all the technical jargon. Can you help me and tell me if this is a good bass or suggest a better one. Please!
It looks nice but does it play nice, is it the right size for you or do you want to consider a short scale bass. There’s a lot of questions that need answers.
There’s really only one way to answer them to. Go into a music shop and play them. You need to find one that fits you.
Consider a Jazz bass, Squire Jazz bass’s are good but again, try it out. If you have an amp, bring that with you so you don’t get clouded by a great bass amp sound. A common technique of music shops to make everything sound better.
Bring a bass playing friend if you can, they will have some insight you may not be aware of.
If you can play the Luna then by all means do so but I’ve tried a couple of them and wasn’t that impressed by it.
