Acoustic Guitar Action Adjustment

Stressed out over new electric guitar, how much will it cost to get it set up?
I’ve been playing acoustic guitar for a while, and I decided I wanted to try out electric guitar.
I bought the only guitar I could afford, an Epiphone Les Paul Special 2. I ordered it online.
When I got it, I noticed that the action and neck needed adjustment. I was able to do that myself, but the pickups also seem like they need adjustment. Everything is just so frustrating, I can’t get it to sound right, and now the action and strings seem off. I’m very frustrated.
I don’t have much money, how much will it cost to get it set up? Mainly I just need pickups adjusted, truss rod adjusted, bridge adjusted, and intonation set.
I’m only 16, I spent like all my savings on this guitar and I feel really frustrated and angry, can someone give me advice
My luthier charges $40 for a non-tremolo guitar like that. My friend has the same guitar. It did come with a pretty bad setup, but after working on it plays very good now.
